To be good fit the market requirement, our strong point in timing as follows:
1) RFQ: finish in 1 working days.
2) DFM: 2 working days
3) mold flow: in 3 working days
4) 3D mold design: 3 - 5 working days
5) manufacturing: 3 - 8 weeks (for small to mid size molds)
6) inspection report: 3 working days after T1
7) samples comments, testing video, molding parameter: in 1 working day
8) samples delivery by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT: with 3 - 5 working days arrival
9) mold ready from mold shipment approval: 7 working days, including fully QC check, 3 hours running without material.
