We have successfully defended our service against hacking. A hacker made a couple of attacks to our servers during the last three months, but as our defense measures were in place, no part of our service was affected.
The hacker attacked us several times late last year, which interrupted the use of our service for some users. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences. We understand the importance of the high availability of our service. We have been taking various defense measures to protect our servers from future attacks and minimize the damage attacks can cause since the first attack. The success of defense in the last three months is a proof of the progress we made and our ability to deal with attacks.
During the hacking event, many customers expressed their understanding and were willing to stand by us to fight off the hacker. We really appreciate that.
